Before we begin, we’d like to schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet and help you set up an account through our online scheduling system.

Complimentary Meet & Greet

We believe every great relationship starts with a personal connection — and that includes our relationship with your pet!

Our Meet & Greet is a quick, no-cost visit (usually 30–45minutes) where we:

• Introduce ourselves to you and your pet(s)
• Discuss their daily routine, behavior, health needs, and preferences.
• Review feeding, medications, litter/crate location, special instructions, etc.
• Tour your home to understand access and care areas.
• Answer any questions you may have.

* This visit is required before your first scheduled service.

How to Request an Account

We use Time to Pet to make booking and communication simple and secure.

To get started:

• Complete the contact form
• Contact form will be approved within 24 hours.
• Once approved, you’ll receive login instructions.
• After logging in, you can:
  • Complete your profile and add pet information.
  • Request services.
  • View and manage upcoming visits.
  • Communicate directly with your sitter.
